Dobrý den,
nerozumíme Vašemu hodnocení, máme za to,že jsem Vám ve všech směrech ,dle možností, vyhověli..Snídaně mimo provozní dobu,kočárek Vám byl donesen do penzionu,složena cestovní postýlku zdarma,jinak stojí 250,-Kč..
Máme 3xpenziony, jiný,větší pokoj, nejspíš nebyl volný

  • Penzion se nachází v krásném prostředí,restaurace je útulná,příjemný personál.

  • Nebyla přístupná lednička,pavučiny na stěnách,proležená matrace,sprchový kout na pokoji,nebyla na pokoji televize,i když na internetových stránkách ji majitelé uváděli.

  • Velice příjemný personál

  • Hotel není špatný, ale nám byla udělaná nabídka na 2lůžkový pokoj- WC,sprcha, TV. Bohužel jste nám nabízeli jiný pokoj za cenu toho co jsme dostali. Bez TV,WC na chodbě. Určitě bych si tento pokoj nerezervovala. Tak si udělejte v nabídce pořádek. Majitel nám vysvětlil, že za vámi nabízenou cenu nám jiný pokoj nemůže nabídnout vzhledem k obsazenosti hotelu, nebyla možná výměna. Prostě jste tentokrát zklamali.

  • Není sezóna, tak bylo ve všední dny vše zavřené, neměl jsem k dispozici ani TV ani rozhlas, nebylo kde večer posedět; nepříjemný zápach ze záchodů

  • Sehr schöne Lage und tolle Natur. Zimmer im Haus B neu und zeitgemäß.

  • Die Räumlichkeiten beim Frühstück sind zu eng für die Anzahl der Gäste. Hier sollte verbessert werden.
